• What is price for a customized poem? - The price for a customized poem is $79.95
• What is the price for a speech? - Our speech prices are as follows:
• 1 minute toast - $130.00
• 3 minute speech - $179.95
• 4 minute speech - $224.95
• 5 minute speech - $254.95

• What is your turn-around time? - Our turn around time is 4 - 5 business days after we receive your completed questionnaire.
  
  
• What if I need the poem, speech or toast quicker than four business days? We suggest then that you use our Rush Order Service.
  
  
• A RUSH ORDER is one that is needed within two to three business days of receipt of your completed questionnaire.
  
  
• What is the definition of a Super Rush? A Super Rush is a poem, speech or toast that is needed within 1 -2 business day from receipt of your completed questionnaire. There will be an additional charge of on top of the rush order fee.
  
  
• We offer SAME DAY DELIVERY of your poem, speech or toast for an additional $100.00 beyond the rush order price.
  
  
• Is stationery included in the price? Yes, you may have your poem, speech or toast printed on lovely stationery shown on our site for free. Here is a link to our stationery selections.
  
  
• How do you mail out the poems, speeches and toasts? Your poem, speech or toast will be mailed by normal U.S. mail. If you need this faster, then once again, we suggest ordering through our RUSH SERVICE.
  
  
• May I just have an emailed poem, speech or toast? Yes, you may.
  
  
• When will I receive my questionnaire? Your questionnaire will be emailed to you upon receipt of your order. We work from the information you provide on your questionnaire to create the content of a 15-stanza poem, speech or toast. As it states on the questionnaire, ALL INFORMATION MUST BE SET FORTH AT THE TIME YOU SEND IN THE QUESTIONNAIRE. We will include as much of your information as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all of the information you send to us will be used in your 15-stanza poem, speech or toast. However, if you have special "mandatory" information that you really want to include in your poem, speech or toast, please make sure to identify it on your questionnaire.
• We encourage you to provide all information we'll need in a timely fashion - within the easy confines of this specially-developed questionnaire. Should you ask us to do more research on your project (such as to visit your wedding website, for example), we're happy to do so -- but there will be an additional charge for the time and effort it takes.
  
  
• We DO NOT accept faxes. All questionnaires must be EMAILED to us.
  
• If you would like us to make some small change to your poem, speech or toast, we will gladly do so without additional charge. However, if this work requires a more extensive effort, including, but not limited to, rewriting of stanzas, changing the tone of the poem or speech, or adding significant new material, visting links and/or other websites or other material, then we reserve the right to charge a fee for our time and effort. That rate begins at $50.00.
  
• We will give you our best effort, and you'll enjoy the lowest possible price, if you get ALL the information we need to us in one time, as quickly as possible.
  
  
• TERMS AND CONDITIONS: I have had great success with my poems, speeches and toasts during the past ten years. We are growing! In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your order, our REFUND POLICY is as follows: All cancellations for poems, speeches and toasts must occur within 12 hours of receipt of your order and must be requested in writing via email. We will refund your money in full less a $50.00 processing fee. If you choose to cancel your order after this 12 hour period, we will be glad to give you full credit towards another order in the next six months. There will be no refunds for any RUSH OR SPECIAL ORDERS.
